Just look who just trotted into Frenchgate Shopping Centre…  hugely popular Peppa Pig and her little brother George who both hogged the limelight last Monday (25th May) when they both arrived in sty-le!

There were squeals of delight and loud snorts of laughter from youngsters old and young alike when the bank holiday holiday ‘meet and greet’ treat took place at the popular Doncaster Shopping Mall.

Frank Whiting, Centre Manager said, “Nobody got boar’ed! We were truly delighted to see Peppa and George ‘live’ and for them to visit us here at Frenchgate. Talk about hamming it up… they’re so well known to parents, grandparents and family friends and I think they enjoyed it as much as their true under five year old admiring fans!”

“Peppa Pig is a pig with an overwhelming zest for life echoed in her little brother George and her doting parents, sow (sic) it was great opportunity to see her in real life. Peppa although sometimes a little bossy, is a loveable, cheeky little piggy that lives with her little brother George, Mummy Pig and Daddy Pig. Peppa loves playing games, dressing up, visiting exciting places like Doncaster and making new friends, but her absolutely favorite thing is jumping up and down in muddy puddles. I’m not telling any porkies when I say we’ve been overwhelmed by admiring devotees - so much so I think they’ve both really earnt their bacon on this occasion!”
