CUSTOMER SERVICE

For help & advice about Frenchgate, just call our friendly customer service staff on 01302 368335 between 9.00am and 5.00pm, Monday - Saturday, and 10.00am - 4.00pm, Sundays. You can also send any questions you may have by email to customer.service@frenchgateshopping.co.uk.
 
Once you’re here, we have a welcoming Customer Service Desk on the ground floor of the North Mall, opposite Boots. Find out all you need to know about shopping at Frenchgate from our friendly and helpful staff. Remember you can purchase your gift cards here, use our fax, photocopying and laminating service and enquire about lost property.

The Customer Service Desk is fitted with an Induction Loop to assist our customers who wear hearing aids.

• Baby changing facilities are on the North Mall Gallery
• Public / disabled toilets are on the North Mall Gallery (located near Panasonic store)
• Further public toilets are on level 2 near the Food Mall
• First Aid assistance is available throughout the centre

Harper Suite/Changing Places

The brand new facility Changing Places is now open on level 2 of the Frenchgate. Access to the facility is via lifts on the food mall. Please obtain keys from the customer service desk located opposite Boots on the ground floor. And please leave us some feedback.

Shopmobility

All areas of Frenchgate are accessible by wheelchair. The Shopmobility Scheme is situated on car park level 2, and is run by Doncaster Community Transport. For more information call 01302 760742.
