The Frenchgate gift card has taken the town by storm! With over 120 stores accepting our card you need worry no more if the variety is there. Gift cards can be purchased at the customer service desk on the ground floor opposite boots or online.
To get your gift card on line
- You simply choose the amount you would like to put on your gift card & complete the purchase on-line
- We post a secure presentation gift coupon to you (or directly to your intended gift recipient)
- Your Gift recipient simply exchanges the coupon for a gift card at the Customer Service Desk in Frenchgate Shopping Centre & starts spending immediately

- Payments are accepted by MasterCard and VISA only
- We use 3D Secure™ to process MasterCard and VISA payments
- MasterCard and VISA orders will be dispatched within 5 working days of receipt of payment.
- A 3.50% charge is applied to all orders to cover administration costs
- To ensure safe delivery, registered post will be used. The standard cost of this is:UK £5.17, ROI £5.25 and rest of the World £5.17 per order. Please note that these charges are subject to change.
