Key Responsibilities:

To ensure that all company systems, procedures and standards are adhered to
To ensure that you always wear the correct uniform
To practise the highest standard of personnel hygiene
To ensure that all menu items are prepared according to Menu Assembly specifications manual
To ensure that the highest standards of hygiene and food quality are maintained and that the Elephant and Castle Safety System is strictly adhered to
To complete all temperatures checks and record them accurately
To complete all daily/nightly/ weekly cleaning schedules
To record all food waste in preparation and assembly areas on appropriate waste sheets
To attend training session both on job/off job
To attend all staff meetings
To work all rostered hours
Any other duty necessary in the successful execution of your position
Following directions and examples of Head chef and Sous Chef
Ability to work efficiently under pressure
Fast professional speed at busy periods
Communicating with FOH management to resolve complaints and ensure satisfaction. Relay all issues to Head chef or Sous Chef
Adhering to checklists provided, keeping the kitchen clean and orderly at all times
Following training plans set out by Head Chef

Patient and friendly with demonstrated experience in problem solving
Hy standards in personal hygiene

Professional Requirements and Experience:

Experience in restaurant industry and must be available evenings, weekends and holidays.



Full and Part time positions available


£9.50 - £13 Per Hour 

Dependant on Experience
