Located on the First Floor across from Next at the top of the food mall, our Guest Service team are here to offer a helping hand both during your visit or over the telephone.

Gift Cards

With over 120 stores and restaurants in centre, it can be difficult to choose the perfect gift for that special someone. The Frenchgate Gift Card takes the hassle out of choosing and lets them choose for themselves. Gift Cards can be purchased from our Guest Service desk in centre, located on the First Floor over from Next, or online.

Lost Property

If you’ve lost a personal item whilst in centre or you’ve found something during your visit, please visit the Guest Services team who will be happy to reunite you with your lost belongings. From here we can check with stores have visited and our staff on the malls to locate your missing items. All items handed in are logged and retained for one month.

First Aid

All Frenchgate Security Officers are First Aid trained and available to assist in all incidents. If you experience a problem whilst in the centre, report it to a member of staff (identifiable in their Frenchgate uniforms) as soon as possible and first aid will come to you. You have the right to refuse first aid and any further medical assistance.
