Facilities

Toilets and disabled toilets are located for your convenience in the following areas of the centre:

First Floor, just up from Wow Burger
Second Floor (accessed via lifts located at the end of the Food Mall on the First Floor)

Both locations provide disabled-access toilets

Disabled toilets are located in the following areas of the centre:

First Floor, just up from Wow Burger
Second Floor (accessed via lifts located at the end of the Food Mall on the First Floor). This area also includes The Harper Suite, which has a mobility hoist and changing facilities. Please head to Guest Services if you would like access into The Harper Suite.

Baby changing and feeding facilities are located adjacent to the toilet facilities on the First Floor, just up from Wow Burger.

Baby changing facilities are also available on the Second Floor (accessed via lifts located at the end of the Food Mall on the First Floor).

When there’s shopping to do, there’s cash to spend! That’s why you’ll find three cash machines conveniently located in centre in the following areas:

Lifts are located throughout the centre and provide access to various parts of the centre and our car parks:

Scenic Lifts – Located on the Ground Floor next to Claire’s Accessories, on the First Floor next to Wow Burger and from the Rooftop Car Park. These lifts will give you access to Ground Floor and First Floor shopping and parking on our Rooftop Car Park.
Upper West Mall Lifts – Located between Beaverbrooks and Quiz on the First Floor. These lifts will give you access to First Floor shopping and parking in our Multi-Storey car park on Levels 2 - 6.
South Central Mall Lifts (a) – Located next to escalators to the Bus Station on the First Floor. The two lifts on your left give you access to the Bus Station and Level 2 of the Multi-Storey car park.
South Central Mall Lifts (b) – Located next to escalators to the Bus Station on the First Floor. The two lifts on your right give you access to Levels 1 - 6 (excluding Level 3).
South Mall Lift – Located adjacent to Sainsbury’s and next to the entrance. These lifts will give you access to Ground Floor Shopping and Rooftop Car Park.
South Mall (Sainsbury’s) Lift – Located at the Sainsbury’s entrance. This lift is managed by Sainsbury’s to allow access directly from the Rooftop Car Park and to Ground Floor Shopping.
