• Cooplands Bakery was established in 1885 by Frederick & Alice Coopland in Scarborough. 
• Cooplands is now the UK’s second largest bakery business with 156 shops, across the North East, including Yorkshire and Lincolnshire, employing by 1600 colleagues
• All Cooplands shops are serviced by two Cooplands owned bakeries based in Scarborough and Durham.
• Their skilled bakers produce a wide range of savoury baked goods and sweet treats, including local specialities, many of which are hand-finished.
• We offer a range of Celebration Cakes and Party Platters that are available to pre-order in Shop or online
• Our Shop has indoor seating

• Jerk Chicken Pizza - Pizza, topped with Jerk Chicken, sharp cheddar cheese, creamy mozzarella, and a fiery chilli sauce 
• Mexican Chilli Pasty - Feel the heat with our Beef Chilli Con Carne filling, encased in a flaky pastry, topped with a seasoned crumble 
• New Yorker Sandwich - Hand prepared, layered with seasoned Pastrami, and our own recipe creamy gherkin & Emmental mix, served in a soft country grain roll 
• Chilli Brownie - Our indulgent brownie, with an extra kick! Made with dark chocolate, infused with chilli sauce, and topped with fiery chilli & chocolate fudge
